Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati Invites Applications for Admission into B.Ed/M.Ed Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed) program for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

For B.Ed program

• A pass in Shastri/B.A. (Sanskrit) or equivalent in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 50% marks or a pass in two year Shastri/ B.A. (Skt.)/equivalent with 50% marks and a pass in one year bridge course/Setu or one year of Acharya/M.A(Sanskrit)/equivalent or a pass in Acharya/M.A.(Sanskrit) equivalent.

For M.Ed program

• A pass in Acharya/M.A (Sanskrit)/equivalent with Shiksha Shastri/B.Ed (with Sanskrit Methodology) alongwith minimum 55% aggregate marks in both.

How to Apply

• Candidates need to send application form on cash payment of Rs.600/- or submitting crossed demand draft of Rs.600or Rs.650 by post.
  
  
• The demand drafts should be in favour of "Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi" of any nationalized bank payable at New Delhi.
  
  
• Application form can also be downloaded from the website www.sanskrit.nic.in and sent along with demand draft of Rs.600.
  
  
• All the duly filled in applications alongwith necessary enclosures should be sent to the

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on Combined Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) Entrance Test (CSSET-2014) and Combined Shikshacharya (M.Ed) entrance Test (CSAET 2014) conducted by Rashriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi.     

Important Dates

• Issue of applications-cum-guidelines: 15^th Jan, 2014 (Wednesday)
• Receipt of applications forms: 28^th Feb, 2014 (Friday)
• Date of CSSET/CSAET: 11^th May, 2014 (Sunday)
