IIT – Kharagpur’s Department of Humanities and Social Science, invites application for its 2 year Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) programme.

This aim of this course is to groom budding HR Professionals with the right mix of strong business foundation along with solid HR skills. The areas in which career can be made after completing the course are Manufacturing, IT, Service Sector, Public Sector and NGOs.

Course Duration: Two years

Number of Seats: 30

Application Fee: Rs. 1600/-(Rs 800/- for SC/ST/PH category)

Course Fee: The admission and tuition fee per semester is Rs 75,000/- excluding hostel, mess, and establishment charges.

Eligibility to Apply

The applicant must be Graduate in Engineering or Postgraduate in Science/Commerce/Humanities and Social Sciences with attaining minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent.

Prodedure of Selection

The selection will based on CAT Percentile followed by Group discussion, and Personal interview
