Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhubaneswar Invites Applications for Admission into PhD Programme 2014

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into its PhD Programme for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

For PhD in Engineering

• The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA in M.Tech./ME with consistently good academic record or B.Tech./BE with 70% or 7.5 CGPA with valid GATE Score and consistently good academic record in the relevant field.

For PhD in Science

• The candidate should have minimum of 1st class in M.Sc. / M.Tech. with consistently good academic record (equivalent CGPA) and valid GATE/NET CSIR/UGC score in the relevant field.

PhD in Humanities and Social Sciences

• The candidate should have minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in Master degree with UGC/NET score or M. Phil. degree in the relevant field.

Application Fees

• The candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs.500.
