Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programs offered in various areas for 2014-15.

• 4 years Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• 2 years Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

How to Apply

• Application forms can be obtained in person from the cash counter of the University or by post from the

  with the bank proof (bank receipt/counter foil in original) of prescribed fee and a self addressed envelope (size 30cm x 22cm).
  
  
• Candidates can download the application form from the university website, which can be sent to the university with the proof of deposited prescribed fee.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination conducted by the institute.

• Start date of availability of application form: 10^th Apr, 2014.
• Last date of receipt of application form: 5^th May, 2014.
• Last date for the receipt of filled-in application forms by hand for entrance test: 5^th May, 2014.
• Last date for the receipt of filled-in application forms by hand for entrance test by post: 10^th May, 2014.
• Date of entrance test: 2^nd Jun, 2014 to 5^th Jun, 2014.
