• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Manufacturing Engineering

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelors/masters degree in Engineering/Technology or in the appropriate discipline with a minimum 6.5 CGPA or 65% marks from a recognized institute or university (minimum 5.5 CGPA or 55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
