Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences, Madhya Pradesh invited Applications for Admission in below given courses in the prescribed format.

M.Phil Programme in Social Sciences  No. Of Seats: Total 55 Seats

Eligibility Criteria:
Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized University under faculties of Social Sciences, Education, Law, Women & Child Development in the Faculty of Home Sciences, and Philosophy in the faculty of humanities, with a minimum of 55% Marks and 50% for SC/ST candidates. 

M.A.(Sociology)  No. Of Seats: 50 Seats

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors' Degree from Recognized University

 M.A.(Rural Development and Extension) No. Of Seats: 50 Seats

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors' Degree from Recognized University

M.S.W.  No. Of Seats: 50 Seats

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors' Degree from Recognized University

Selection Procedure

Admissions to the M.Phil programme in Social Sciences will be made through Entrance Test, which will be held on:

• 22nd June 2014 from 10.00 A.M to 01.00 PM at various centres across India.

Admissions to the PG courses at Serial No. 2, 3 & 4 will be given directly after screening-cum-counselling on :

• 7th July 2014 and 8th July for M.Phil.

How to Apply

Interested candidates may send their application on plain paper in the prescribed common Proforma given on their website admission notification. The application form can also be downloaded from Institute websites www.baniss.co.in.

The application fees of Rs. 500/- for General and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidate may deposit on line at the web site www.https//onlinesbi.com or enclose Demand Draft for each course in favor of Registrar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences, payable at State Bank of India, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow) Town Hall Branch Code No- 30023.

The attested copies of all certificates and self-addressed envelope of size 9 x 4 must be attached with the application.  The application and fees can be sent by post on Institute's address or can be submitted personally to the following address:
