Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture Degree

Applications are invited from eligible Diploma in Horticultural candidates for admission into B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture Degree programme for the academic year 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• A pass in Diploma in Horticulture course from Dr. YSRHU / ANGRAU.

Note: Those who will be completing in 2013-14 academic year can also apply through their Principal / Vice-Principals of Horticultural Polytechnics under Dr. YSRHU. But submission of Final Memorandum of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate of Diploma in Horticulture is must at the time of Admission counselling.

Age Limit

• The candidates shall be required to have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of S.C, S.T candidates and 27 years in respect of Physically Challenged (disabled) candidates.

How to Apply

• Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed form as enclosed / attached along with a Demand Draft of Rs.450/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs.225/- in case of SC, ST & PH candidates in favour of the Comptroller, Dr. Y.S.R Horticultural University, payable at Tadepalligudem on any Nationalized Bank.

• Duly completed application form along with DD for Rs.450/- (Rs.225/- in case of SC/ST/PH) 2 self addressed and stamped envelope (Rs.15/-each) should reach on or before 11^th Jul, 2014 by 4.00PM either in person or by post to

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the HORTICET-2014 conducted by the institute.
