Pondicherry Engineering College (PEC), Puducherry Invites Applications for Admission into MCA Program 2014-15

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Computer Application (MCA) program for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Corporate Secretary-ship/ Economics/Business Administration with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications as one of the subjects (or) bachelor’s degree in Science with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).

  along with two self-addressed slips and a crossed demand draft for Rs.1065/-(Rs.1000/- towards the cost of application and Rs.65/- for postage) for SC / ST candidates Rs.565/- (Rs.500/- towards the cost of application and Rs.65/- for postage), drawn in favour of The Convenor, CENTAC-PG payable at Puducherry.

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates for admission to MCA program will be based on the merit list in Common Entrance Test (CET-2014) prepared by CENTAC-MCA.

Important Dates

• Last date for submission of application form: 14^th Jul, 2014.
• Date of CENTAC MCA-CET: 27^th Jul, 2014.
