University of Allahabad (AU) Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Programs 2014-15

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program offered in various disciplines for 2014.

Eligibility Conditions

• Master's degree in a relevant subject from the university, or any other university or institution recognized by it, and must fulfill other prescribed conditions of eligibility.

• The bank copy of the Challan will be kept by the Bank, candidate’s copy has to be kept by the candidate himself or herself and the University copy of the Challan along with a copy of the application form will be submitted by the candidate to the “Director Admissions-2014, Pravesh Bhawan, Chatham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-211002” only by registered/speed post.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done the basis of their performance in the Combined Research Entrance Test (CRET-2014) conducted by the institute.

• Last date of submission of application form: 21^st Jul, 2014.
• Downloading of admit cards online: 28^th Jul, 2014.
• Date of AU CRET: 10^th Aug, 2014.
