University of Jammu Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil/Ph.D Programs 2014-15

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs against vacancies shown against each department for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must have obtained master degree with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates).
  
  
• Candidates who have appeared in M.A/M.Sc. 4th semester/final examination are also eligible to apply for combined entrance test for M.Phil/Ph.D and their case will be considered only if their result is declared at the time of determining the merit.

How to Apply

• Candidates can obtain the admission brochure and application form from the Stationary Section/Sale counter on cash payment of Rs.135/- from 08^th Jul, 2014 onwards.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of 50% weightage in the entrance test and 50% weightage in their academic merit at PG level.

• Last date of submission for the application form in the respective teaching department/s: 22^nd Jul, 2014.
