Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), University of Jammu, Jammu Invites Applications for Admission into Distance B.Ed Program 2014

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into distance Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program for 2014-16.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree examination in the faculty of Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Medicine, Veterinary Science and Forestry conducted by the University of Jammu or an examination from any other university recognized as equivalent thereto.
  
  
• Candidates who are serving as full time teachers in the recognized school (primary/secondary/higher secondary levels) within the territorial jurisdiction of the University of Jammu are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates should have a minimum of two years teaching experience either at a stretch or in parts at the time of submission of application form for admission.

• Candidates can apply online.
  
  
• Application fee/processing charges with online form is Rs.550/-.
  
  
• Al fees have to be remitted to the Directorate through a crossed bank draft drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Distance Education University of Jammu payable at Jammu.

Selection Procedure

• Admission process shall be made through counseling on the basis of merit. The counseling schedule shall be notified separately.

Important Dates

• Last date of submission of application form: 25^th Aug, 2014.
• Last date of submission of application form with late fee of Rs.80/-: 1^st Sep, 2014.
