National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech Research Program 2014

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Technology (M.Tech) research program of the Centre of Excellence on “Orthopaedic Tissue Engineering and Rehabilitation” under TEQIP-II for 2014.

Eligibility Conditions

• B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent in Biomedical/Biotechnology/ Chemical/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Ceramics/ Metallurgy/ Material Science/ Biochemical engineering with CGPA of 6.5 or 60% of marks in aggregate with or without GATE score.

• Candidates need to fill up and submit the online application form accordingly and (e) pay application fee of Rs.500/- online from online application portal.
  
  
• Applicants are not required to send hard copy of the application form or any other document to NIT Rourkela.

Selection Procedure

• In addition to the minimum eligibility criteria (based on B. Tech, M.Sc., MBA, MA, M. Tech and M.Pharm examinations) a candidate should score minimum 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA throughout career to be eligible for admission.
  
  
• Candidates need to attend the interview conducted by the institute.
