• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electronics Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mining Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Civil Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Computer Science and Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Conditions

For Ph.D in Civil Engineering Program

• B.E /B.Tech /AMIE (Civil) and M E / M.Tech in any branch of Civil Engineering with a minimum of first class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at bachelor’s or master’s level.

For Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering Program

• M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Automobile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Power Plant Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Energy Systems & Engineering with a minimum of first class (C.P.I. or C.G.P.A. greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at bachelor’s or master’s level.

For Ph.D in Chemical Engineering Program

• B.E/B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology and M.E/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biotechnology with a minimum of first class (C.P.I. or C.G.P.A. greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at bachelor’s or master’s level.
