Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-G), Guwahati Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Programs 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in English

Eligibility Conditions

For Ph.D Program in CSE and ECE

• Master’s degree in engineering/technology in the relevant area with a minimum cumulative performance index (CPI) of 6.5 or 60% of marks.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/medical sciences or equivalent in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 7.5 or 70% of marks.

For Ph.D Program in English

• M.A degree in linguistics with at least 55% marks or a CPI of 6.0.

Selection Procedure
