Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM), Pune Invites Applications for Admission into PGDM Programs 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following 2 year full time program for 2015-17.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in general
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in IT & Marketing
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Personnel Management & Human Resources Development

Eligibility Conditions

• Minimum of 50% marks in graduation from any statutory university (45% for SC/ST).
  
  
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation in the academic year 2014-15 and are confident to get 50% can also apply.
  
  
• As for executive batch is concerned, the applicant should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience, as a full-time employee in a company is a requirement.

• Candidates must submit the same with a demand draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of 'President, Sri Balaji Society, Pune' payable at Pune. Write the name & address of the applicant on the reverse side of demand draft.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on candidates’ score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT. However, the XAT/MAT/CMAT scores will be equalized to the value of CAT score.
  
  
• Candidates who fulfill the qualitative requirements will be called for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
  
  
• Group Discussion: This will be for duration of 30-45 minutes per group. This may include role play, case studies and extempore speech and GD. 40% of the weightage in the merit list will be given to the GD process. The GD process will involve role play, extempore speech as integral part of GD.
  
  
• Personal Interview: This expert panel interview and the essay marks will carry 30% of the weightage. This panel will assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidate for a particular specialization.
