VIT University (VIT), Vellore Invites Applications for Admission into B.Sc/M.Sc Programs 2015

Applications are from eligible candidates for admission into following program for 2015. 

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Multimedia and Animation
• Integrated Master of Science (M.Sc) 

Eligibility Conditions 

For B.Sc in Computer Science

• Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum of 70% overall aggregate.

For B.Sc in Multimedia and Animation

• Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination or A pass in Diploma (10+3) in any stream with a minimum of 70% overall aggregate.

For Integrated M.Sc

• Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany/ Zoology or Biology as subjects with a minimum of 70% overall aggregate.

• The prospectus and the information brochure, along with the necessary enclosures which include the application form and a printed self-addressed envelope, can also be obtained by sending a demand draft for Rs.350/- drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’ payable at Vellore to the address of Director - UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore with a request letter containing the complete address with mobile number. 

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be short-listed based on their +2 marks and will be called for the counselling. 

Important Dates

• Last date for issue of the application forms: 01^st Jun, 2015.
• Last date for submission of the application forms: 03^rd Jun, 2015.
• Publication of short listed candidates: 08^th Jun, 2015.
• Tentative date for interview: 18^th Jun, 2015.
