Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech Program 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into 2 years full time Master of Technology (M.Tech) program in Computer Science for 2015-17. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates, who have passed master degree with minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST category), or equivalent grade point, in Mathematics/ Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Application(MCA)/ Computer Science /Information Technology/ 4-years bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
                                            Or
  Any examination, of university in foreign country, recognized as equivalent for the above purpose by equivalence committee of HP University or on recommendation of Association of Indian Universities with 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST).

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on the basis of merit of an entrance test of duration 3 hours to be conducted by H.P. University, Shimla.

• Date of entrance test: 22^nd Sep, 2015.
• Date of declaration of result: 22^nd Oct, 2015.
