University of Delhi (DU), Delhi Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Chemistry Program 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in Chemistry offered at the Department of Chemistry for 2015. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Minimum 55% marks in masters degree/ M.Phil/ M.Tech/ LL.M./ M.D./ M.S. degree in the same or allied subject from a recognized University with 5% relaxation for OBC/ SC/ST and Persons with Disability.
  
  
• No candidate shall be eligible to register for the Ph.D program if he/she is already registered for any full time program of study in any university/institution.

• Application should be sent to

  along with a State Bank of India bank draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of The Registrar, University of Delhi.
  
  
• Application should be sent by registered post.
  
  
• Local students can submit the application in a sealed envelope to the office of the department. The envelope should be marked Ph.D Admission – 2015.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates shall be admitted to the Ph.D. program on the basis of their performance in the written test and/or interview.

Important Dates

• Last date for submission of application form for entrance exam: 31^st Aug, 2015.
• Date of entrance exam: 12^th Sep, 2015.
