University of Hyderabad (UoH), Hyderabad Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Programs 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program offered in various areas for candidates who are exempted from written test component for 2015. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Master’s degree in concerned or related subjects with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Those completing their final examinations by June 2015 can also apply.
• For Ph.D. Electronics Science candidates having GATE are also eligible to apply.

• Application fees is Rs.350/- in the case of General and OBC candidates and Rs.150/- in the case of SC/ST/PWD(PH) candidates. Application fee should be in the form of crossed demand draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, payable at State Bank of India, HU Campus Branch (Code:5916) or at Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch (Hyderabad) (Code: 378). 

Selection Procedure

• Awardees of JRF/ NBHM/ ICMR/ ICAR/ DBT / RGNF / MANF /DST INSPIRE are exempted from written test component but are required to appear for interview.
