Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) University, Visakhapatnam GITAM Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Programs 2016

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full time and part-time Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs offered at GITAM School of International Business (GSIB) for 2016. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Post-graduate degree holders of GITAM University or any other recognized university with aII class securing at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade (50% in case of SC/ST candidates) in the concerned subject or in an allied subject, can apply for fulltime or part-time Ph.D program.
  
  
• Preference will be given to candidates with UGC /CSIR NET qualification subject to the fulfillment of the above condition.

How to Apply

• Candidates have to submit a separate application form along with a demand draft for Rs.3000/- towards registration fee in favour of GITAM School of International Business, drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Visakhapatnam.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates shortlisted shall have to take a written test which will be for 60 marks, and appear for an interview which will be 40 marks. 

Important Dates

• Last date for submission of application: 16^th Jul, 2016.
• Date of test and interview: 17^th Jul, 2016.
• Date of uploading the list of short-listed candidates: 19^th Jul, 2016.
