Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech Programs 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into semester II of Master of Technology (M.Tech) program offered in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing stream only) for December, 2015. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (4 year program) or a master's degree in science with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum. A valid GATE score is also required for admission of regular students in M.Tech programs.
  
  
• The requirement of GATE score is waived for the candidates with B. Tech. degree from IITs with minimum overall CPI of 6.5 and a minimum CPI of 8.0 in the last two years in B.Tech.

• The application fee of Rs.400/- for candidates in general/OBC and Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PD must be paid through demand draft payable to The Registrar IIT Kanpur at Kanpur.
