National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune Invites Applications for Admission into PGP 2016

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following program offered at Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore campuses respectively for 2016. 

• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Advanced Construction Management (ACM)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Project Engineering and Management (PEM)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Infrastructure Finance
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Development and Management (IFDM)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM)
• Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Health, Safety and Environment Management (HSEM) 

Eligibility Conditions

For PGP in ACM/PEM/REUIM/IFDM/QSCM

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline/architecture/planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

For PGP in MFOCB

• Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.

For PGP in HSEM

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline OR diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

Selection Procedure

• Selection is based on NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT)/ CAT/ GATE/ GMAT/ CMAT, Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA) 

Important Dates

• Last date of submission of application form: 14^th Dec, 2015.
• Date of NCAT/PI: 11^th Jan, 2016 –17^th Jan, 2016.
• Declaration of Results: 28^th Jan, 2016.
