Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in following area offered in various specializations for 2016.

• Faculty of Medicine
• Faculty of Dentistry
• Faculty of Ayurved
• Faculty of Interdisplinary Sciences 

Eligibility Conditions

• Post graduate degree in the concerned speciality in the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurved, Nursing and Allied Medical / basic Sciences.

• The application forms duly filled in should be sent to the Competent Authority

  on or along with the examination fees of Rs.2500/- by D.D., drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the Competent Authority DMIMS(DU) payable at Nagpur.
  
  
• However, the examination fees are exempted for the candidates in the house faculty.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on the basis of their performance in the All India Common Entrance Test (AICET-Ph.D 2016) conducted by the university.
  
  
• The pattern of examination shall be MCQ pattern. There shall be 100 MCQs with 4 options. The duration of the examination shall be 2 hours. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

• Last date for submission of application form: 16^th Jan, 2016.
• Date of AICET-Ph.D 2016: 31^st Jan, 2016.
