Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University, Coimbatore Invites Applications for Admissions into PG Medical Programs 2016

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programs offered in various specializations for 2016.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Master of Surgery (MS)
- Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
Eligibility Conditions
For MD/MS Programs
- Candidates should permanent registration from Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council after completion of compulsory rotating Internship (Those who will complete their Internship by 30th Apr, 2016 are also eligible to apply).
- Candidates who failed more than 3 times, subject wise in any examination during the MBBS course are not eligible.
- Candidate should be maximum 30 years as on 31st Dec, 2016 for clinical subjects. No age limit for MD - non clinical & all PG Diploma courses.
- Candidates who hold MBBS degrees from Foreign Universities should have passed the screening test conducted by the National Board of Examinations.
For MDS Programs
- Candidates should have a BDS degree from a recognized Dental college and permanent registration from any of the State Dental Councils. Those who are due to complete their compulsory rotating internship on or before 30th Apr, 2016 are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure
- Selection is based on a National level Amrita Entrance Examination and subsequent counseling conducted by Amrita Vishwa vidyapeetham.

- For MDS Program: 05th Mar, 2016.
