University of Calcutta (CU), Kolkata Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Program 2016

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programme offered at the Department of Chemical Technology for 2016. 

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Ceramic Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Oil Technology
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Petrochemicals & Petroleum Refinery Engg.
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Pharmaceutical & Fine Chemical Tech 

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor of Technology or Master of Science (without NET/SET/SLET/GATE) securing 55% marks.
  
  
• Master of Technology or Equivalent or Master of Science (with NET/SET/SLET/GATE) securing 55% marks are eligible to apply.

• All candidates are requested to download the application form from the university website and to submit the filled up application form, attested copy of relevant mark sheets, along with the receipt of deposition of application fee within the due date to the

Selection Procedure

• Candidates having degree in Bachelor of Technology or Master of Science, the selection will be done through entrance test & interview.
• Candidates having degree in Master of Technology or equivalent or Master of Science (with NET/SET/SLET/GATE), the selection will be done through interview only.
