The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates for filling up 1017 posts of various level as given below:

- Librarian: 214 posts
- Upper Division Clerk: 146 posts
- Administrative Officer: 7 posts
- Finance Officer: 2 posts
- Assistant Engineer: 1 post
- Assistant: 27 posts
- Hindi Translator: 4 posts
- Stenographer: 38 posts
- Deputy Commissioner: 4 posts
- Assistant Commissioner: 13 posts

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualifications:
- For Deputy Commissioner:
All the candidates interested in applying for this post need to possess a Master's degree along with a BEd degree. Also, candidates should have relevant work experience in the desired field.
- For Assistant Commissioner:
Interested candidates should hold a Master's degree in relevant field with minimum 45 per cent marks along with a Bachelor's degree in Education from a recognized university or institute.
- For Administrative Officer:
Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute with minimum three years of experience in the supervisory post in administration.
- For Finance Office:
Interested applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom)/Master of Commmerce with minimum 50 per cent marks /CA Inter/ICWA Inter /MBA Finance with relevant experience.
- For Stenographer post:
Candidate should be intermediate or class 12 pass from a recognised board or university. Also, candidate should have dictation speed 10 mts @ 80 wpm and transcription 50 mts (Eng) and 65 mts (Hindi).
Age limit:
- Deputy Commissioner: The maximum age limit is 50 years
- Assistant Commissioner: The maximum age limit is 50 years
- Administrative Officer: The maximum age limit is 45 years
- Finance Officer: The maximum age limit is 35 years
- Assistant Engineer: The maximum age limit is 35 years
- Assistant: The maximum age limit is 35 years
- Hindi Translator: The maximum age limit is 28 years
- Upper Division Clerk: The maximum age limit is 30 years
- Stenographer: The maximum age limit is 27 years
- Lower Division Clerk: The maximum age limit is 27 years
- Librarian: The maximum age limit is 35 years
