MPPSC PCS 2023 Notification Released: Recruitment for 227 Posts, Opportunity for Candidates up to 40 Years

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a notification for the MPPSC PCS recruitment exam. Candidates can apply for the examination by visiting the official website. The online application process will commence from September 22, 2023. According to the notice issued by the commission, candidates can apply for the MPPSC PCS 2023 exam until October 21, 2023.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have a graduate degree in any stream.
- Candidates from Madhya Pradesh must ensure that their name is registered with the Employment Office. During the interview, candidates may be asked to provide their registration number from the Employment Office. Candidates from other states do not need to register with the Employment Office.

- State Administrative Service Deputy District President: 27 posts
- Deputy Police Superintendent: 22 posts
- Additional Assistant Development Commissioner: 17 posts
- Development Block Officer: 16 posts
- Deputy Tehsildar: 3 posts
- Excise Sub-Inspector: 3 posts
- Chief Municipal Officer: 17 posts
- Cooperative Inspector: 122 posts
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates will be based on the Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Main Exam.
Age Limit
- Candidates applying for MPPSC PCS recruitment must be a minimum of 21 years old and a maximum of 40 years old. There is an upper age limit exemption for reserved category candidates.
Exam Details
The MPPSC PCS Preliminary recruitment examination will be held on December 17, 2023 (Sunday) in two shifts:
- The first shift for General Studies will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- The second shift for General Ability will be from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM.
Application Fee
- Residents of Madhya Pradesh and SC, ST, OBC, and Divyang (Physically Challenged) category candidates must pay an examination fee of INR 250.
- Candidates from other states must pay an examination fee of INR 500.
