Air India is hiring Maintenance Junior Technicians and Customer service agents

Air India SATS Airport Services has invited applications from candidates who completed Diploma, ITI or graduation in any stream to apply for the following posts before July 31, 2018.

• Maintenance Junior Technician
• Customer Service Agent

Experience required: 0-1 year

For Maintenance Junior Technician

Education qualification:
Aspiring candidate must have done Diploma/ITI - Electrical/Maintenance.

Relevant experience:
Interested candidate should be able to handle different situations and must have 0-12 months of experience in the relevant field and also should possess good command over computer application.

For Customer Service Agent

Education qualification:
Aspiring candidate must have any bachelor's degree from a reputed college or institute.

Personal characteristics and behaviours:

• Possesses openness to new challenges
• Willingness to go beyond the challenges and meet the deadlines
• Possess good communication skills
• Should have the ability to solve problems
• Should be service oriented

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based either written exam/interview.
