Indian Navy invites applications for various post for recruitment 2018

Indian Navy has invited application for filling up 118 vacancies for the post of Short Service Commission (SSC) in:

• Technical Branch (Naval Architecture)
• Executive Branch (Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre (NAIC) and for
• SSC in Executive Branch.

Total number of available posts: 118

For Executive Branch:

• Number of posts for General Service / Hydrography Cadre: 40
• Number of posts for Naval Armament Inspection Cadre: 6

For Technical Branch:

• Number of posts for Engineering Branch: 27
• Number of posts for Electrical Branch: 33
• Number of posts for Naval Architecture (NA): 12

Eligibility Criteria

Aspiring candidates can visit the official website of Indian Navy to know the details of eligibility criteria.

Selection Process

Candidates will be short listed for interview on the basis of Educational Qualification and other parameters. The interview will take place between November 2018 and March 2019

The interview process will be conducted in two stages:

• Stage one (Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Discussion test) and
• Stage two (Psychological testing, Group testing and Interview)

The candidates who will successfully clear the two stages need to undergo Medical Examination
