WBHRB invites application for recruitment of 7,615 posts Staff Nurse for 2018

The West Bengal Health Recruitment Board has notified the recruitment of Staff Nurse for 2018.

A total of 7,615 posts for Staff Nurse Grade II in the Cadre of the West Bengal Health Service under the control of the Directorate of Health services, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal will be filled.

Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess a degree in general nursing and midwifery/ Basic BSc (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) passed from any nursing training school/college of nursing, recognised by both Indian Nursing Council and respective state nursing Council.

The candidate may also be registered as female/male nurse midwifery from West Bengal Nursing Council.

Age Limits
The applicant must fall between 18 and 39 years of age.

Other Eligibility Conditions
The candidate must be an Indian.

Pay Scale
The selected candidates will be eligible to get the monthly salary of Rs. 7,100 to Rs. 37,600 (Grade Pay- Rs 3,600). Dearness allowance is as per the government norm. Higher initial pay is admissible with Rs 7,680.
