Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification
For Generalists
Aspiring candidate should have possessed a UG/PG degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) in either of the degree examination.

For Specialists:

• Company Secretary: Candidate must possess ACS/FCS from ICSI and Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
• Legal: Candidate must be a Graduate/Post-graduate in Law with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Finance & Accounts: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD) OR Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earlier known as ICWAI) and Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD) Or MBA Finance/PGDM FINANCE with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD) Or M.Com with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD)

Age Limits
Aspiring candidate must be of minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years old. Relaxation for reserved category candidates in upper age limit will be as per government norms

Selection Procedure
The selection process will consist of three phases:

• Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
• Phase-II: Main Examination
• Phase-III: Interview
