India Post has invited application for recruitment of the Gramin Dak Sevak Posts for Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, and Punjab Post Circle. The state wise vacancies are as follows:

Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) - 10066

• Assam- 919 vacancies
• Bihar- 1063 vacancies
• Gujarat- 2510 vacancies
• Karnataka- 2637 vacancies
• Kerala- 2086 vacancies
• Punjab- 851 vacancies

India Post Recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Aspiring candidates should have passed class 10th matric exam or its equivalent with passing marks in Maths and English as compulsory or elective subjects.

The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th standard [as compulsory or elective subjects] as declared by the State Government.

Age Limits
Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years of age.
