MDI Murshidabad, the 2nd Campus of MDI Gurgaon invites applications from Indian nationals, who are exceptionally bright and motivated, with an established record of independent, high-quality research and commitment to teaching, for the following faculty positions contract basis:-
- Assistant Professor (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategic)
Eligibility Conditions
- D. with First Class or equivalent in a Master’s degree in Business Administration / PGDM/ C.A./ ICWA/ M.Com. With a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree. The candidate should have the ability to interact with a diverse student body.
Remuneration
- Consolidated Rs. 1,18,755/- p.m. (min.). No other allowances are payable. Higher pay can be considered for deserving candidates. Casual leave and Earned leave (non-encashable) on a proportionate basis will be granted.
Selection Process
- The applications received within the due date will be screened & shortlisted by a Screening Committee.
- Short-listed candidates will be called for a Seminar presentation followed by an interview before the Selection Committee. Presentations will be in their respective research areas of interest or a topic to be given by the MDIM. Normally the Presentation should be limited to 10 - 15 minutes.
- Presentations/interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held online.
