The Defense Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) and Research Associates (RAs).

Eligibility Conditions

• JRF (Metallurgy/Material Science): BE/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Science and Engineering/Materials Science/Materials Engineering/Materials Technology with First Division.
• JRF (Physics): M.Sc. in Physics with First Division
• JRF Chemistry: M.Sc. in Chemistry with First Division

Age Limit

• Maximum of 28 years and 35 years (as of the date of the interview).
• The age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale

• Fellowship Emoluments: - Rs 31,000/- per month
• JRF and Rs 54,000 for Research Associate with applicable HRA and Medical facilities are applicable as per rules.
