IB ACIO Exam 2020 notification released

The Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs has invited applications for 2000 posts of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/ Executive. It is a General Central Service, Group 'C' (Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) post. The candidate will get a salary of about Rs. 44,900 to 1,42,400.

The candidates will get a security allowance which will be adjusted 20% of basic pay. However, the officers can claim cash for other government allowances if they have not utilized 30 days of holidays.

The minimum educational qualification required for this post is graduation.

Age limit

The minimum age limit for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years.

• 600 for Male candidates of General, EWS and OBC categories.
• 500 for others

IB ACIO Exam 2020 Selection Process

• Firstly, the candidates will have to clear an online test, a descriptive type test.
• Secondly, they will be called for an interview which is subject to the Psychometric/Aptitude Test.
