Eligibility Conditions

Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
55% marks in case of SC/ST/ Internal HPPTCL candidates and for other categories 60% marks

Assistant Engineer (Civil)

Graduate in Civil Engineering
55% marks in case of SC/ST/ Internal candidates of HPPTCL and for other categories 60% marks

Assistant Engineer- Executive Trainee (Electrical)

BE/ B.Tech (Electrical) or BE/ B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics)/ M.Tech (Electrical)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering from a recognized University
50% marks in the case of SC/ST/internal (HPPCL) candidates and 55% marks in the case of other categories.

Assistant Officer- Executive Trainee (Law)

Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute with two (2) years experience
50% marks in the case of SC/ST/internal (HPPCL) candidates and 55% marks in the case of other categories.

Assistant Officer- Executive Trainee (Finance)

CA/ ICWA/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with B.Com from a recognized University
50% marks in case of SC/ST/internal (HPPCL) candidates & 55% marks in case of other categories

Assistant officer- Executive Trainee Personnel

Graduate with MBA (HR/Personnel) or equivalent
PGDM degree from IIMs is also equivalent
50% marks in case of SC/ST/internal (HPPCL) candidates and 55% marks in case of other categories
