UPSC declared the result of CDS Exam 2014

UPSC has declared the Combined Defence Services exam results held in October, 2014. The candidates who cleared the written examination and the interview round conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) have made it to the merit list.

Candidates can visit the official website of the commission to get their results. Those who have cleared the UPSC CDS 2014 will get entry into the 139th course of:

• Indian Military Academy (Dehradun, Uttarakhand)
• Indian Naval Academy (Ezhimal, Kerala) and
• Air Force Academy (Hyderabad, Telengana).

A total of 4,570 candidates have qualified for the Indian Military Academy, 2,837 for the Indian Naval Academy and 531 for the Air Force Academy.

Last week, UPSC began the registration process for the Civil Services and IFS preliminary examination. The applications for the same will be accepted till June 19. The exam is scheduled to be held on August 23, at 71 centres across the country.
