B.A. (Hons) Russian or Bachelor of Arts Honours in Russian is an undergraduate Language program. Studying Russian provides an opportunity to learn the language and study a centuries-old culture, as well as the culture of present-day Russia; a year abroad enables students to gain greater competence and knowledge in the Russian language, culture and society; Russian for beginners available. Studies in Russian will enable students to develop their Russian language skills to a superior level and simultaneously to develop their interests in and knowledge of a variety of other subject areas such as film and media studies, sociology, history and politics, literary and cultural studies.
