The BHMS program lasts 5.5 years, including an internship. • The aspiring students must have qualified for their 10+2 examination or any equivalent level of examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
• The candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at their Intermediate level.
• Admission to the BHMS is based on merit. In some states, there is a joint entrance exam for BHMS along with the MBBS and BDS tests. The Admission is based on the performance of the candidate in a written test which may be followed by a personal interview. The minimum age limit is 17 years.
