  • Bachelor's degree in Planning / Architecture / Municipal Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Building Engineering from any recognized University OR Master’s degree in Economics / Sociology.
  • The Candidates should score at least 55% marks in aggregate at the qualifying examination (50% in respect of SC/ST candidates)
