MSc (Wildlife Sciences) or Master of Science in Wildlife Sciences is a Post-Graduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. Wildlife Science is a study that not only seeks to meet the increasing demand for research and monitoring of wildlife and their habitats, as well as providing trained biologists to further the cause of wildlife conservation but has also served as a model for developing higher education in other parts of the country.

The Master of Science in Wildlife Sciences program typically lasts two academic years, however, this varies per institute. In two years, the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, will provide. The Master of Science program in Wildlife Sciences requires a minimum of two years to finish.

MSc (Wildlife Sciences) Eligibility

  • Aspiring candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary / Forestry / Agriculture / Environmental Sciences in the science stream from any registered University.
  • The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent in their Bachelor's.
