M.Tech Microelectronics and VLSI Design or Master of Technology in Microelectronics and VLSI Design is a postgraduate VLSI Design program. Many of the core abilities associated with integrated circuit design and electronic systems engineering are included in the discipline of microelectronics systems design. This cutting-edge program investigates elements of system integration and discrete device qualities and serves as a great basis for future research in the Nano and Electronic Systems and Devices groups.
Although the focus of this Master of Technology program in Microelectronics and VLSI Design is primarily on microelectronics technology, secondary-related courses such as Engineering Ethics, Mathematics, and Reliability Engineering are also covered as core subjects.
