For General & Reserved Students (India)
Note: Students must have studied Mathematics at the 10th standard or higher level.
Age Limits: There is no specific age bar for appearing in the IIFT examination.
For Foreign Students: Foreign / NRI Students should have passed graduation with a minimum CGPA of 4 on 5 Point Scale or 8 CGPA on 10 Point Scale with Economics as a Major.
IIFT M.A (Eco) Entrance Exam consists of questions from the following concerning qualifying degree level subjects such as given below.

IIFT M.A (Economics) entrance examination will consist of objective type multiple choice questions from the following relevant qualifying exams and current Economics Issues.
Note: There will be a descriptive test for checking candidates’ analytical and writing skills.
The candidates will be shortlisted based on their scores in the entrance examination.
The shortlisted candidates will be called to Institute in New Delhi for Personal Interview.

Aspiring candidates can submit the application form online by visiting IIFT’s official website i.e., www.iift.edu/ along with other required docs at the time. Applicants can pay the fee online by Debit / Credit Cards and Internet Banking.
Reservation: The reservation of seats for the candidates will be based on the rules of the Government of India.
