KMAT 2024 - Karnataka Management Aptitude Test acronym as KMAT, is conducted by Karnataka Postgraduate Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA) for providing admission to the aspiring candidates to Management Quota seats left vacant after centralized counseling into MBA, PGDBM, and MCA courses in over 169 self-financing, University, and AICTE approved colleges of Karnataka including some of the best like Acharya Institute of Management Science, Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore Institute of Management Studies, Garden City College of Science & Management Studies, M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, PES Institute of Technology & Management, R V Institute of Management, SDM College of Business Management to name a few.

Important: While almost 50 percent of the seats in the state colleges/institutions will be filled using the KMAT scores, the remaining 50 percent will be filled through PGCET.

KMAT 2024 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

  • Aspiring candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from any discipline i.e. science, humanities, commerce, computers, etc. from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects.

  • KMAT Exam is an objective-type multiple-choice question-based paper.
  • The KMAT Exam has two patterns based on the paper chosen.

How to apply for KMAT Exam 2024?

Aspiring candidates can adopt any of the two modes i.e online or offline mode to apply for KMAT Exam.  For the physical application/Offline mode candidate can buy the forms from the participating institutes. Whereas for Online mode candidates are supposed to visit the official website i.e., www.kmatindia.com

 

KMAT Exam 2024 Fees

The application fee for MBA or MCA is Rs. 500/- and to apply for both, it is Rs. 600/-. Payable by a DD in Karnataka.

 

KMAT Exam 2024 Test Centers

KMAT will be held in 14 cities of Karnataka. The cities in which the test centers are located are:
