NCAT 2023/NICMAR CAT 2023 - National Institute of Construction Management and Research Common Admission Test acronym as NCAT is conducted by the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) every year for providing admissions to the following programs across their campuses at Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi NCR, and Indore.

For Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |
For Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |

For Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |
For Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |

One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |
For One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or a Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with a minimum of four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria. |

How to apply for NCAT Exam 2023?
Aspiring candidates can apply for NCAT Online by visiting the official website i.e., nicmar.ac.in. The interested candidates can submit the duly filled application along with the necessary documents to:

Pune - 411045, through a proper channel, so as to reach before the closing date.
The fee to take NICMAR Entrance Exam is Rs. 2000/- to apply for one course and Rs. 2500/- for more than one course.
The fee should be submitted in the form of a demand draft in favor of “NICMAR, Pune”.
