LIC Exams are conducted on all Indian bases for the recruitment of candidates to various posts like LIC agents, LIC officers, LIC AAO, etc. in the insurance services. LIC better known as Life Insurance Corporation is India's leading government own Insurance Company dealing in the Insurance sector along with much private life insurances and General Insurance Companies.
This LIC Recruitment exam consists of the following two steps selection process.
Step 1 consists of a written Examination normally of 2 Hrs. Candidates will be called for an objective type examination.
The objective type examination will consist of Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Aptitude, and Test of General Awareness.
Qualifiers of Step 1 are put in step 2 i.e., Group Discussion & Interview: Qualifying candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Interview and the shortlisted candidates from Step 2 will be considered for final selection to the designated post within LIC.
Note: Candidates have to pass both Step 1nd Step 2 for final selection.
LIC Exam usually involves a selection process that could include a written test, group discussion / personal interview.
