NIPER JEE 2023 Eligibility  

Educational Qualification

For M.S (Pharm); M.Pharm & M.Tech (Pharm)

• Candidates should be B.Pharm, M.Sc (Biological Sciences)

For M.B.A (Pharm)

• Candidates should be B.Pharm; B.Tech (Chemical Engineering or equivalent), M.Sc (Chemical / Life Sciences).
• The candidate should have passed the qualifying degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or CGPA of 6.75 on a 10-point scale wherever grades are awarded or equivalent (percentage of marks or CGPA so calculated will be based on the norms fixed by the concerned University / Institution or aggregate marks or CGPA scored by the candidate for all years of the qualifying degree, in case University/Institution has not prescribed any norm for calculating such percentage or CGPA).
• Valid GPAT / GATE / NET score (GPAT / GATE / NET score card of a candidate should be valid at the time of counseling/group discussion and interview) is an essential qualification for all programs (including MBA (Pharm) except for the following categories of candidates.

Note: Candidates appearing for final qualifying examinations may also apply but they must produce results and mark sheet of qualifying degree on the day of counseling/group discussion and interview failing which their candidature shall be summarily rejected.

Relaxation

• Relaxation for SC / ST candidates is 6.25 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 55% marks or equivalent.
• Physically handicapped (PH) candidates are permitted relaxation in the eligibility requirement of CGPA to 5.75 on a 10-point scale or to 50% marks or equivalent.

NIPER JEE 2023 Syllabus

NIPER JEE exam consists of questions from the subjects/topics given below.

NIPER JEE 2023 Pattern  

• NIPER JEE exam will consist of 200 multiple objective choice questions.
• There will be a Negative Marking on the written test.
• 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. 
• It will be in offline mode and the duration is 2 hours.

How to apply for NIPER JEE 2023? 

Aspiring candidates shall register online on the official website i.e., www.niper.gov.in / www.niperahm.ac.in as per instructions given on the website.

However, before registration, applicants shall have to remit the registration fee of Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST) through online transfer to Account Number-65116506648 (NIPER Net Banking Account) of State Bank of Patiala, NIPER Campus Branch, Sector-67, Mohali (Branch Code No-51018; IFSC No-STBP0001018). If applying for:

• Option-1:Registration Fee for MS Pharm/M.Pharm./M.Tech. (Pharm.): Gen/OBC/KM/PH Rs.500/-; SC/ST Rs.750/-
• Option-2: Registration Fee for MBA (Pharm.):  Gen/OBC/KM/PH Rs. 1500/-; SC/ST Rs.750/-
• Option-3: Registrar Fee for both of the above streams viz. MS Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Tech. (Pharm.) & MBA (Pharm.): Gen/OBC/KM/PH Rs. 2000/-; SC/ST Rs.1000/-

Applicants can also transfer registration fees by depositing it in any branch of State Bank of Patiala across the country into Account Number 65129619046, NIPER Fee Account of State Bank of Patiala, NIPER Campus Branch, Sector-67, Mohali, Branch Code No.51018.

Note: Applicants shall fill up 'Fee Deposit Slips' in triplicate.

The fee Deposit Slip will be available on the website www.niper.gov.in. Payment by cheque/postal order will not be accepted.

Aspiring candidates shall have to fill up all columns given in the online registration form (including bank UTR No. / NEFT No. / Journal no. (for State Bank of Patiala users) and date of an online payment made, uploading a soft copy of recent photograph and scanned signatures, submit a form, take a printout of the Registration slip, put signatures at the bottom of registration slip and attach following:

• Copy of the award letter (if any) pertaining to GPAT/GATE/NET, etc.
• Sponsorship certificate from Industry/Govt sponsored candidates
• Photocopy of acknowledgment of bank receipt (containing UTR No/ NEFT No./Journal No.) towards registration fee.

Indian nationals residing abroad, and foreign nationals need to remit US$100 (or equivalent in Indian Rupees) through online transfer to the above account numbers.

Application Submission: A printout of the Registration slip along with documents should be sent to:

NIPER JEE 2023 Exam Dates

NIPER JEE Exam is generally held in the month of June/July.
