SOFT CET Exam 2025 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

For UG Program - B.Design (Affiliated to SNDT Women's University)

• Aspiring candidates must have passed Class 12 in any Stream - Arts / Commerce / Science / Home Science / Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC) including the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

For UG Program - B.Design (Direct 2nd Year Admission)

• Aspiring candidates must have completed a three-year Diploma recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) OR
• A five-year Diploma in Fine Arts recognized by the State Technical Board.

For UG Diploma Program - F.A.D + B.Sc (FD) (In technical Support with NIFT)

• Candidate must have passed Class 12 in any Stream- Arts / Commerce / Science / Home Science including the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

For PG Diploma Programs

• The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream.

For PG Diploma Programs (1 Year)

• Aspiring Candidates must have done Graduation in Fashion.

SOFT CET 2025 Exam Syllabus 

SOFT CET consists of questions from the following topics/subjects

SOFT CET Exam 2025 Pattern 

• SOFT CET consists of a written exam followed by a Personal interview.
• The written test will consist of 60 questions.
• The duration of the exam will be 1-1/2 hours.

Note: There will be no negative marking.

How to apply for the SOFT CET Exam 2025? 

Aspiring candidates can visit the official website and apply Online. If the candidate desires to apply for more than one course i.e., if she wants to give choice between the courses, she will have to register separately and pay separately for each course.
