Aditya Institute of Management was established in 2009. Aditya Institute of Management is managed by Aaditya Educational Foundation which is also the founder of the Institute. The Institute offers orientation and teaching methodologies as per the latest trends. It also provides professional development modules like self-assessment, aptitude mapping for identifying and stimulating one’s growth plan. AIM has Tie-ups with reputed organizations for Placements. This institute is affiliated to Pune University and is approved by AICTE & Government of Maharashtra. AIM will be offering post graduate courses in the uprising sectors such as Retail, Agriculture, Food Industry, Project, Construction & Infrastructure. As it is a newly formed Institute it's Infrastructure Facilities are in progress.

Location and Transportation - AIM is situated at Narhe, Ambegaon (Sinhagad Road Annexe) and is easily connected with the city and the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. The nearest Bus Station is Swargate Bus Station 10.0 km.

Teaching Methodology - The academic activities at AIM will focus on fostering academic excellence through a mix of pedagogies that ensures the depth and width of knowledge required for a successful manager / entrepreneurs.

• Live Case Study - Live Cases on current issues will be taken for discussion in the class to keep the students informed about latest issues.

• Film Reviews - Review of films for understanding the social, economic and behavioural issues.

• Field Surveys - Students will be assigned Field Surveys to get first hand experience of various issues and analysis thereof.

• Grooming Sessions - These will be organized to enhance professional and personal skills to make students ready to take up managerial and leadership positions in the leading organizations. This will include communication skills, etiquettes and manners, aptitude test, group discussion, mock interviews, etc.

• Language Lab - To develop communication skills of students.

• Mentoring - The faculty members shall act as mentors to the students. Each faculty will be assigned a group of 10 students. Mentor will act as a guide, friend & philosopher to the students throughout their stay at AIM and will look after their overall development.

Placements - AIM will thrive to assist students during their recruitment process, after successful completion of their course, to ensure that they get the best work opportunity. The placement cell at AIM staffed with experienced professionals and executives shall arrange for placement interviews. AIM will also facilitate students’ preparation through planned pre-placement workshops and activities that would be scheduled throughout the course duration.  AIM is in the process of having tie-up with a number of corporates for Campus Placements, some of these are Wipro AXA –Business Services, ICICI Prudential, Vodafone etc.
