Esquire Academy of Management is the thought of late Sri. Sampath Iyengar to establish an educational institution, to serve the student under privileged and economically weaker sections.

Sri Iyengar was a teacher by profession and entrepreneur by practice. As a teacher, he has served in education sector for more than three decades.

Smt. Ahalya Sampath, is the chairperson was also a teacher by profession fulfilled late Sri Iyengar's dreams by establishing Esquire Academy of Management in 2005 with a vast experience of more than three decades as an Educationist and also as an entrepreneur. She has carved Esquire as unique educational institution in Bangalore, to provide education to the student under privileged and economically weaker sections
